breakfast: 2/3 c. yogurt, 2 tbsp jif extra crunchy pb, 1 tsp raspberry jam with the seeds, 5 strawberries or one mango
lunch: chicken noodle soup from a can, cheddar cheese, crackers, sliced cucumbers
dinner: 56 g. of pasta, 1 tsp. butter, 1 c. mushrooms, 120g chicken breast, umami seasoning, sometimes peas
dessert: 3 TJs truffles cut into fourths and a cup of mint tea
I eat the same things everyday
and always without fail, one day comes
and I find something about my favorite that makes me gag
the seeds are slimy
the fat stuck to the back of my mouth for a second longer than it should
the season has turned its back on this years crop
and then that’s that
Im forced to move on
a new discovery at the grocery store is always the result of some tragic escapade
I never get there through whimsy alone
always reacting instead of exploring
im an expert adapter
I live on a fault line
enjoying it
until the ground falls way beneath me
